An Amazing Experience
We recently purchased a home through the exceptional team at First National Real Estate Ulladulla. Buying a house is a significant decision, and the entire process can be quite stressful. However, from the moment we met Paul McDonald, we felt confident and reassured. From our first meeting to view the house, it was clear that Paul genuinely cared—not only about us but also about the sellers. It was evident that he was listening to our needs and had our best interests in mind, striving to help us find the perfect home for our situation. Throughout the home-buying process, Paul was incredibly kind, thoughtful, communicative, and always responsive. He promptly returned calls and emails, keeping us informed every step of the way and regularly checking in to ensure we were okay and up to date. Paul's support went far beyond the transaction itself—he truly cared about us as people. His colleagues, too, were just as fantastic. I’m not fond of online transactions, they literally give me hives but Natalie Sruhan was patient and kind, ensuring I was updated promptly once each transaction cleared, easing my anxiety. This took about a week of back-and-forth, and not once did Natalie make me feel like a nuisance. Every day she reached out and kept me updated - This goes to show how far they go above and beyond. Both Paul and Natalie, along with the rest of the team at First National Real Estate Ulladulla, always prioritised what was best for us, even when there were no guarantees for them. They truly exemplify what it means to put people first and provide support, whether you're buying or selling. They made us feel like part of their family, and we hope everyone who embarks on the daunting journey of purchasing a home has the same wonderful experience. Paul showed Exceptional Service, Commitment, Knowledge and Experience
When I Suddenly and Unexpectedly lost my Friend John O'Neill I was Devastated, but knowing I was his Executor, and his Wish and Request had always been that ALL His Assets be Donated to the Children's Hospital, including his home where he lived in Ulladulla my feelings quickly turned to Overwhelming and Insurmountable, as I live in Sydney and had Never Sold a Property before. I'm very grateful to another Friend Bob Garn who Highly Recommended I speak with Paul McDonald from First National Real Estate Ulladulla. I Truly Believe It was Absolutely the Best Decision I made. From the very first call I made to Paul He showed Compassion, Understanding and Support he Advised me with his Extensive knowledge and Vast Experience, not just in Real Estate but any and ALL issues I faced, or Guidance I needed he was always available to advise on the best outcome and that has Never Wavered even now today we have a Genuine Friendship. I thoroughly Enjoyed working with Paul, I was able to have input, give suggestions and make changes throughout the whole process and it was such a great experience being able to have the Major say in Every Step of the way. Their Photographer also named Paul is Phenomenal his Styled photos are Brilliant. I could not Fault any of the Team at First National Ulladulla, Every Person I met and dealt with were Friendly, Helpful, Understanding and Professional. John's Home was on the Market Tuesday 17th December 2024 and we SOLD his Home on Tuesday 07th January 2025. Thank-you Paul, I can honestly say I would not have had the Success we had with Any Other Agent, nor do I believe Any Other Real Estate Agency Could or Would have worked as Well as Your Team.
