Jessie might be good for only communicating with her Chinese vendors. The property was left uncleaned as promised. The unit keys were also not returned by the vendor on the settlement day. Full of the vendor’s useless stuff locked in the storage after the settlement. The vendor did not return the whole set of keys and later sneaked in the garage to take the stuff!
