The property was originally purchased from this agent over 12 years ago. The property was managed with the same agent and there was no interest in looking elsewhere as the overall service was great across all aspects. During the period of the sale, she regularly updated me on the feedbacks and provided recommendations for me, I was always kept in the loop as to what was happening.
