Peter, When time comes to purchase or sell our property, (our precious investment) ,heaps of trust is placed with the real estate agent we will choose for various reasons. Most importantly that he will achieve the very best price he can for the sale and of course the very best he can do for our purchase..subject to the owner's final say. And finally we are trusting , that he is an excellent negotiator. And we are also ensuring he will market our property for sale in a manner that will stand out from the crowd, capture an audience, so as to speak. Well Peter did just that. We trusted him, and he absolutely delivered. I had noticed just how concise the wording of his text,(advertising details) were ,written by him, in his advertisements for each of his client adds. He just manages to pin point all the vital selling points for his client's property in such a noticeable way I chose to call Peter to show us through a property he had for sale, rather than numerous alternative selling agents,also selling the same property. This was certainly the best decision. He is such a gentleman, and had all the time in the world for us. Never rushed. Just wanted to see us purchase the gorgeous home of our dreams. This was achieved. I then offered Peter our magnificent block of land for sale. I was adamant the marketing needed to represent 100% perfect. He delivered.. A wonderful and beautifully presented marketing campaign,precisely as I requested. And further more he made our dreams come true by selling our land within the same hour as settlement was taking place for our home. Peter is an agent who will really work for you.
