Michael knows the market very well, specially Frenchs Forest and nearby suburbs. He has a good , efficient support team. We had a very good experience and very happy in working with Michael and his team. Most important factor is his understanding of the buyer market. He followed up some buyers who have been looking around. Personally I believe that those people have confident on him, even they missed out some properties or decided not to proceed but still in contact with him for a future home. This definitely would be a big plus for sellers. We had a long renovation and had some delay, our window was very tight, at one stage we thought we would have to delay the sales till after Christmas (January or February 2020). However, Forest First National had a project timetable, all tasks listed with time frame, they had connections to support their tasks like staging, marketing preparation etc... All their tasks were on time with good quality. They also provided help to our tasks/responsibilities. Michael also provided his opinions in regarding to how to fix or rectify things around the house to enhance its value. We took his advice to auction and always was ready to accept a sale if there were an appropriate offer. It was a nerve cracking toward the auction day since there were few more new listings similar to ours (definitely would deplete the buyer pool in our price range). However, we had a very good outcome. Overall we achieved the sale as expected.

Michael gave great advice, service and support throughout the whole sale journey from getting the property ready for sale through to post-sale follow-up. Michael gave very savvy advice about what was needed to present the property in the best light and actively helped to coordinate the trades to get the house to a marketable state. He had excellent knowledge about timing of the marketing of the property and how to attract maximum interest. Michael was great at communication, and kept up the information and feed-back along the way so that we always knew what was happening. The property went to auction and we achieved a better than expected result. The excellent result was due to the fantastic efforts of Michael and his team, in particular, Claudia.
