Fantastic Agent and Team
We selected Paul Charlton due to his reputation, experience and local knowledge .. we soon found this reputation to be well earned on all counts. We found Paul to be totally transparent and honest in all his dealings with us. He advised us on certain factors and communicated freely as to the progress of the sale. This transaction was with an overseas buyer and it presented it's own set of problems which Paul and his team managed exceptionally well .. he was able to negotiate delicate points that were resolved in our favour. We feel that Paul went above and beyond the call of duty to get this deal over the line and was brilliantly supported by Roz Wolfe who also showed the same professionalism. Great Agent, fantastic supportive team and a highly efficient office ensures that we would recommend his team to prospective Vendors in the area. Lovely Lady
Jen was a lovely person to deal with. She always gave you time, and as much as you needed, and was happy to answer all and any questions. She always kept the communication lines open and frequent, and kept you updated and informed. I also felt that she was always trying to do her best for both the buyer and the seller. She was very professional, family orientated, real and genuine and i would definitely recommend Jen to others. Andy Wilson was another agent that i also interacted with and i would write the same for him as i have for Jen. Both are just terrific.

Paul was a Great Agent
This was my first home purchase so had a lot of questions to ask Paul. Paul returned my calls promptly and was helpful in answering all my questions which took a lot of pressure off myself. I would recommend Paul and First National Tweed Heads to anyone.

Successful Purchase
Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable in our purchasing of the property. Her advise on market value was accurate having intimate knowledge of local area where we were purchasing the property. Her excellent communication skills allow us to keep in the loop of the purchase. We would recommend Jennifer to anybody who is looking for either sales or purchases of the property

What a guru.
Paul explained all processes involving current market trends.He explained all costs and advertising .A high price was asked for my unit and quite quickly was sold .The photography was brilliant and ads were put up at strategic times.The sale price was above expectation.Paul is very charming man and very strategic negotiator and has explained all the steps through the sale.I would expect to use his services again if required and recommend First national to friends and family.
