Personal Touch
Jennifer helped us so much with selling our property, she was friendly, reliable, and went a step above to assist us. She did this by investigating and pointing us in the right direction in regards to legal requirements for beneficiaries. Jen was also able to deal with 'nitty gritty' negotiations with the final price and didn't even bat an eyelid at any request asked of her. Would definitely use her again! Thank you Jen!

Paul was representing a property that we did not end up purchasing
Paul was prompt with replies, very helpful in his assistance and gave us all pertinent details on the property. He even gave us details on the neighbors large shed being built, well after, he knew we had no further interest in the property. Now that is service excellence. I would recommend Paul to any prospective buyer or seller

I am from out of state and needed to finalise the sale of my late mother's home on behalf of the Beneficiaries with all the complications of COVID, no local knowledge or contacts. Thanks to Jennifer (and her trades), I was able to visit over a two week period, clean out the home, ready it for sale, put it on the market and sell at full asking price days out from the first open. I felt at all times that I was in very safe hands.
