Ben was very helpful and was I very impressed with his knowledge. As my work involves being on the road all day he was able to fit meetings/signing of documents sometimes out of hours to meet in with my schedule. I would recommend Ray White R/E and Ben without hesitation.

When we decided to sell our house, I contacted a few agents for quotes and Nick was the very 1st to reply and organise a meeting. He came extremely prepared, knew the market well and already had potential buyers on his list. Talk about impressive! As we progressed in the process of selling, we found Nick to be very proactive, always working hard to get us the best possible outcome for our house. I never really needed to chase after him, as he was always conscious of keeping me updated. We are so very happy that we went with Nick and are completely happy to recommend him to anyone who is looking to sell in the area.

I highly recommend Nick. From the first meeting his professionalism was evident, yet he was approachable and he kept me constantly updated on developments throughout the whole process. Most importantly I always felt that he negotiated with my best interests in mind.

Ben was professional and friendly in the manner which he constantly displayed in the selling of my home. He communicated regularly with me informing me of offers and gave advice which was helpful.

Ben positioned the Sale as an Auction. However, the Sale occurred in advance of the first inspection, following prospective buyers the photos before this inspection. Jacob ably supported Ben through the Sale as did Marie on the actual day of the Sale.

Ben was warm and professional from start to finish of our sale. He was easy to deal with and made super quick replies to all communications. He achieved the price range he originally gave us and kept us informed throughout the process. I highly recommend him.

We're so impressed with David's work that we can't praise him highly enough. We've been clients of his for years, first with our rental property and then selling our houses. He was fantastic. His communication, his honestly, and his negotiation skills, his knowledge of the market, his proactivity, and frankly his interest in us all combined to to achieve a result for us that was better than we imagined. If we were to sell again, why would we bother going anywhere else? As buyers ourselves we were seriously messed around by other Real Estate agents and when were were selling we could see that he wasn't like that with our potential buyers. Like I said, we can't rate him highly enough, but I'll leave with this last impression - he's just a very lovely guy. Don't trust your property with anyone else, it's just not worth it.

Nick did a great job in selling our villa for a good price. He knew the market value of our villa but was able to get a sales price above that. He kept us up-to-date and was professional throughout the sale.

Hi Guys If you are reading this, you are looking for an agent, a good agent, one who is on your side, tells you how it is and gets you the absolute best results for what you are currently selling. I urge you to look no further! Nick Matulic is your guy! Like most situations in life, nothing is straight forward or easy & as the saying goes, selling your house is usually one of the most stressful things you will go through - for whatever reason. In saying this though - to Nick's absolute credit - every obstacle that came our way - Nick dealt with in such a calming manner, it always made us go from high levels of stress to instantly feeling at ease with the thought that Nick was in control and taking care of the situation. It was such an honour working with Nick & we couldn't be happier with our result. From our experiences with Nick over the years, he has shown kindness and generosity of spirit, which I assure you doesn't come along often - especially in this industry. We highly recommend Nick and his team for you and your family. We would also like to wish Nick all the very best for all his future endeavours.

David recently sold my home in Ryde and I have no hesitation in recommending his services. David was honest and true to his word throughout the whole process. He even went and negotiated more money from the purchaser after I had accepted a lower price. David certainly went over and above in his level of service and achieved a result which far exceeded my expectations.
