Rachael was very efficient and result driven and was able to find clients who ultimately drove the final price up to the achieved level. It was a difficult decision to sell the house, it was my mothers house who had recently departed and the house had been the family home for over 60 years. Rachael and Leanne fully understood the circumstances and treaty us with empathy but were still results driven. The advice prior to listing the house, how to present the house maximised the outcome and I can highly recommend them if you are looking to sell a house.
