Ligaya is very experienced, competent and confident vendor.
Ligaya sold our house to us 17 yrs ago and then sold the same house for us in Dec 2020, so she has many years incredible experience and in-depth knowledge of the market. She is an adroit negotiator but works fairly for both seller and buyer and goes the extra 'mile' to assist both. We can thoroughly recommend her.

Sale of 26 Mulgrave Loop Mindarie
Ligaya took over the marketing of my property when she returned from an extended stay in Victoria. I immediately noticed the difference, with timely feedback, (both positive and negative), on how the sale was progressing. Ligaya looks at all aspects of the sale, and ultimately was able to secure a buyer. I had originally hoped to get more for my property, but was surprised at how much negative feedback there was concerning a nearby phone tower. Given all this negativity, I was happy with my final selling price. I have used Ligaya before, to sell previous properties, and have always been impressed with her manner. Always extremely friendly, but also mindful of getting the sale done. If I sell again, I would definitely employ her services.
