We were happy overall

We looked hard to find the right agent. Michael was mid-range of estimates and we thought he struck the right balance of seeing value in our property and not falsely inflating it to win custom. In the end he was fairly accurate, but he did not quite see the market downturn as he prefers to keep a positive approach rather than worry about naysaying predictors. The fact that he was so passionate and knowledgeable about North Avoca was in his favour. He was dedicated in showing the property and quick to give feedback. When initial responses seemed slow he was resourceful in tapping into other marketing and sales strategies. He offered the personal touch - even lending us some outdoor chairs to fill a gap - and he was comes across as a genuine, likeable guy. We would use Michael again.
