A Central Coast local since the age of seven, Michael Clayton is well entrenched in the greater community. Growing up, he was heavily involved in Erina Rugby Leagues Club and a number of other local sporting clubs – a lifestyle he is now passing down to his sons, as he continues to increase his family’s involvement still coaching with the Erina Junior Rugby Leagues Club, and hes true passion, North Avoca Surf Life Saving Club.
“So much of how I do business is wrapped up in my personal connections and local business knowledge,” he explains. “It’s how I meet most of my clients, and I aim to build long term relationships, because I’m not just selling a house or block of land to someone – I’m helping them build their lifestyle.”
With an entrepreneurial mind and a real passion for success, Michael owned and operated a prosperous car dealership for an impressive 23 years of his professional career. In 2004 Michael transitioned across to real estate sales and used his years of negotiation and people skills to build another very successful business in real estate.
“I’m a competitive person, and a man of my word. I aspire to do what I’m good at and do it well, and what I’m good at is sales. It’s what I get out of bed for in the morning, and being able to combine this with the Belle brand is simply a compelling combination for any home owner or buyer.”
Outside of work hours, Michael lives and breathes the tight-knit community of North Avoca. He has been a Nipper’s Age Manager at the surf club since 2006, and he and his wife Jacqui hold their Bronze Medallion certifications and actively participate in weekend surf patrols.
