From the first call I made to Jacob he was professional, upfront and honest.
I recently purchased my first investment property via distance as I live in Shell Harbour, from the first call I made to Jacob he was professional, upfront and honest. He has answered all of my questions and has gone out of his way outside of business hours an weekends to kept me in the loop from start to finish. The property settles on the 26th of this month and I just wanted to say thank and give credit where credit is due. He seems to be a great asset to Fitzpatricks and I will have no hesitation recommending him to anyone I know and I know who to contact when I am looking for second property.

Sale of private residence.

Paul was Wonderful
We had an offer on our previous house. We had been keeping an eye on the new property and as soon as we received the offer I contacted Paul for a viewing. Paul was gracious and organized a time that suit us. We loved the house on viewing and I said to my husband, I am not leaving without making an offer so we did. Paul has been lovely and very easy to get along with for the whole process. Would absolutely recommend him.
