Great communicator
From the first day of contact, Jake impressed me with his knowledge of the market and easy going personality. Nothing was ever too much trouble. As I'm interstate, everything was by phone and email and he was always prompt with replies and good for advice. Jake helped to make the the process as stress free as possible and I thank him for a successful sale.

Knowledgeable, skilled and personable
Jacob had a good understanding of the Wagga Wagga market and in particular the local suburban market for properties. The marketing was good and presented the property well. The sale occurred very quickly, all things considered. When Covid-19 hit and there were some bank delays, he acted to keep both parties involved and informed. His personal presentation was always professional.

Very considerate of family circumstances!
After only having dealt with one agent before we were a little anxious about dealing with someone new. Jacob was very considerate of our family situation, having small children it made open homes/inspections a little challanging. Jacob worked hard to schedule inspections around us. He did extremely well to find us a buyer given the current climate (COVID-19) and to stick within our price expectations. I would reccomend Jacob to anyone looking to sell their home!
