What can I say?! The sale and purchase of my current and future property listed with Paul was seamless, stress free and smoothly settled in what has been the quickest sale and purchase of any property I've owned and bought. I contacted Paul and my previous agent for an appraisal on my current property. Paul returned prepared and confident with a comprehensive sales history as well as the current market properties in my area for comparative listings. Paul's gentle yet confident approach, extensive experience and knowledge of the real estate industry gave me confidence to list my home with him. Paul provided constructive feedback to help prepare my home for viewing and complimented me on the presentation of my home. Within less than a week, my home had not yet been advertised nor photographed when I was contacted by him to say he had two potential buyers. An offer was made and accepted within a week of having my home appraised! I was then able to make an offer on my (next) home which Paul also had listed. Paul took the time after his work hours to show us the house we eventually purchased. He gave us as much time as we wanted to look around. Even thow he should of been home using his great cooking skills and enjoying his own life. He took great interest in our family and where we come from. Showed me by his thinking that he is a great trainer of proffessional sales people. He is not a salesman but raather a Doctor of Sales.
