Hard-working very professional good communicator very tidy and young man look like a hard-working person wanted to get the job done an official for us, we probably had the hardest sale in his career. Our settlement date went over there by 20 days constantly communicating with us along the way. We did have another agent involved because he had previous owners or buyers and his contacts or maybe sold online, so at one stage we lost Jacob from the control which was a bit disappointing because I never once heard from other person or been in contact with him, so I asked Jacob to take control of the situation as this situation was starting to become a task and dragged out a very long time with a lot of communicating between lawyers and the buying group as well as the lawyer, we hang in there and Jacob got the job done in the end experience I don’t think he’ll like to experience again but now he is well knowledge and experience that this tough situation of how something may not go to plan - Jacob we would recommended you any day.

It was the last house we see that Saturday, it was in the afternoon. Lazetta had just arrived putting her banners up when she saw us getting out the car she greeted us warmly and took us through the house we liked it so we decided to approach Lazetta and give her our offer and we did she was very helpful and honest dealing with us and she made us feel at ease. She was very thorough, well prepared and honest with her follow up calls so we gave her our final offer, which later she rang us and told us it was accepted. I guess now the rest is history.
