We heard a house was coming on the market in an area we were wanting to live. We found out the house was listed through Fitzpatricks Real Estate. So we confronted Fitzpatricks for more information about this property, Paul Gooden was on to to it straight away for us. We inspected the property on a Saturday and this was not an issue at all for Paul. Paul did everything we requested. We brought the house without a for sale sign even going up.
