The Complete Package
Paul and his team became fully involve in the preparation process right from the start of the journey. A lot of work was done by the Fitzpatricks team, including James in property management team to have the property looking its best. Sold us a house
We heard a house was coming on the market in an area we were wanting to live. We found out the house was listed through Fitzpatricks Real Estate. So we confronted Fitzpatricks for more information about this property, Paul Gooden was on to to it straight away for us. We inspected the property on a Saturday and this was not an issue at all for Paul. Paul did everything we requested. We brought the house without a for sale sign even going up. From the bottom of our hearts thank you Paul and Fitzpatricks Real Estate for everything you all have done for us….. not only buying house but renting a property through Fitzpatricks to. We recommend Paul and his Team very highly. Oh and just to add it’s a small world ❤️
