Paul kept me informed every step of the way, I am very grateful for his hard work

Paul has a keen knowledge of the local market, understood the quirks of my house and the sort of buyer who would be interested. He was excellent at keeping me up to date and worked very hard to show the house and negotiate among multiple interested buyers. I am grateful that Paul did not ask me to 'dress up the house', that it was allowed to speak for itself and that the eventual buyer is someone who will appreciate it for what it is. I can't fault the efforts of Paul and his team and am very grateful for what they have done.
