Understands the value of character homes

Paul was appreciative of the quality and character of our 100yo house, assured us about the market for it and did not see it as a failed new house (like other agents). He laid out and followed a plan that gave good results in fairly quick time. We felt supported and Paul is a clear communicator. We were happy to get purchasers who will love and make the most of the house, garden and location.

Hard working and responsive.

Rae was amazing from start to the surprisingly quick finish.
