Paul is awesome to deal with!

In selecting Paul and Flanagan Real Estate to sell our property, we knew he was no-nonsense and practical which is what we were after. As well as this, Paul is extremely patient and courteous, which we needed after waiting a while to be able to sell the property. All the while Paul waited patiently and was always a phone call away if needed. Once we were able to sell the property, Paul acted swiftly and provided excellent guidance with regards to preparing the property for display and sale. But without being 'pushy' or overly assertive, again which was exactly what we were after.
