Paul is an exceptional agent!

Paul sold my home in Trevallyn. It was an older period home in Trevallyn, and it needed quite a bit of work. Paul was exceptional in that rather than "Open for Inspections", he opted for more than 25 private inspections - on one of these days he facilitated SIX viewings on the same day! After every viewing, Paul was incredibly prompt in calling me and providing honest feedback. The house sold to a mainland buyer (even after a pretty damning builder's inspection) but it went for a very reasonable price. Launceston has so many agents who are keen to overinflate prices, just to secure a listing but Paul isn't one of them! He is honest, down to earth and personable. I couldn't recommend him more highly!!
