David is well spoken friendly intelligent and well informed about my local area. He guided me through in simple to understand process of selling my home on my terms no pressure to sign up. We nattered out my concerns about selling. Or going through an auction . Called in person when I had more questions regardless that I had not committed to selling. I choose auction as a choice . Davids marketing and his team photographer did an outstanding job of showing and marketing my home.Wow I was impressed .David sold my home on the first walk through inspection for a better price than I could imagine .
