Sticking to a local independent agent versus a franchise was front & centre to my decision making when it came to engaging a selling agent. David made purchasing my primary residence a breeze when my offer was accepted same day back in 2016 and achieved similar in 2021 when my investment was sold within 24hrs of being listed with his agency. Knowing the market, I gave David the desired realistic figure & he achieved it. There was no stress whatsoever. Further to this, David was also kind enough to assist my elderly tenant in finding a suitable new tenancy elsewhere being the new owners were electing to occupy. In a fierce rental market this was something my tenant could not have achieved on his own. David is a true local success when it comes to real estate and stands alone for all the right reasons. Most certainly my go to and a very reputable individual I will always highly recommend.
