Our experience with Fletchers started with searching for an investment property. One of their properties was on our shortlist, even though we ended up purchasing another property, we were so very impressed with the service & systems they had in place. As such we approached their leasing team, & the process from start to finish was a truly amazing experience. Their Business Development Manager Adrian Lieschke whom assisted us was truly an amazing person, professional & responsive, guiding & assisting us through the entire process. He is a very knowledgeable agent with an extensive knowledge of the recently introduced rental laws. The Fletchers team were also robust in their business approach, being able to perform despite alterations in market conditions & Covid restrictions, always giving us constructive suggestions, accurate predictions & forecasts of outcomes for us. Adrian himself is a super-efficient agent, he is a very structured person & agent; one that actioned tasks immediately after our many conversations & always provided me the right & sound advice. To other rental property owners, this is the type of agent you want looking after your investment property, an agent that follows through & delivers; therefore representing great value for money. Adrian was also a very supportive person to us, our investment property turned out to have some minor repair issues, he & his team helped provide us many contactors’ details, arranged quotes & then the works to have these issues all fixed within a month. The Fletchers team also arranged the relevant electrical, gas & smoke alarm compliance checks for us that have been recently introduced by the Victorian Government. Adrian was here for us & guided us along the way.
