Nice to deal with

Selling house on behalf of parents from two families. Felt we weren't all updated frequently. Didn't sell at auction but when two partie showed interest, it took one of my step brorhers to convince Spring the better offer was too far from readvertised price. We eventually got a great price but after serious negotiating.
