Greg was very open and transparent in the way he went about selling our home. He gave good advice on how the house should be displayed and helped us to form a decision and direction in the best way to sell our house. Although we had over 50 people during inspections, our auction was flat with only one low bidder. Greg was able to negotiate (squeeze the lemon) with that bidder to an acceptable price to sell.
