Mark provided very knowledgeable advice and set realistic expectations.
Mark had a good grasp of the local area and the types of purchasers we could hope to attract. he kept us updated at all times and chased up leads for us. He always asked us what our expectations were and what we would accept. Unfortunately, not a great time to sell, but we did get a sale and a quick settlement.

Excellent knowledge and experience

Excellent Agent
Unlike most Real Estate Agents, I took an instant liking to Greg. He had a professional, yet practical casual manner. His geniune approach made me feel comfortable dealing with him. The property I purchased was through a slient auction / negotation, which the skeptic in me is most dubious about. However, I have no reason to believe that Greg did not act with the greatest of Integrity during the entire process. Greg was excellent in facilitating terms and expeditious in signing the paperwork.
