We engaged Fletchers Bellarine having previously transacted property with them in the past. James Gladman and Anna Fletcher are very professional and transparent industry experts. James was my first point of contact, calls a spade a spade, doesn't try to bs you for a listing and has a very strong connection with the local area. Our campaign was lengthy. Not our agents fault, but rather due to tenancy issues beyond the control of our agent. Anna was our primary agent, she was enthusiastic / reliable & honest in all of our dealings. There were the usual ups and downs during the campaign and Anna always provided us with a high level of confidence that we would achieve our goal. We were very happy with the end result.
