I went to check an Auction last year and the property had sold before but Ben was outside and I gave him my name and our address. We received a lovely card in our letterbox that day and then I rang and Rob, you came to our house. We were not ready to sell then which was September but we were very impressed with you and Fletchers. We decided to sell in March and you knew what you were doing. The Open for Inspections were not too stressful, the photographer was very nice and knew her job and Eugenie was very professional, too. The 2 Bens arrived for the Opens and I was always doing a last minute thing or two but that was ok. I have recommended you and your team already and I will if people ask me. Thanks for everything. The decision to choose Rob over other agencies was easy as he genuinely helped me out twice in the past through providing appraisals and recommended tradesmen to assist with the renovation without expecting any thing in return. I was impressed even more after engaging Rob to help sell my home as he provided insights and took the time to explain his recommendations that I found other agencies lacked. Selling a major asset like a family home is nerve wrecking. However, I always had the confidence in Rob to do a great job and was always on top of things. During the campaign, he would be there at the OFIs liaising with prospective buyers and this showed through the personalised update he provides my family immediately after. Personalised as in he referred to the buyers in their first names (rather as a number). This was something that I really appreciated. Rob is a great communicator and is extremely dedicated in his work to achieve the best outcome. He also put up with and respected my strange requests due to a personal legal matter and made things happen for me, in which I am extremely grateful for.
