We recently had the pleasure of working again with Ben Williams. From start to finish, his professionalism, expertise, dedication and most of all, constant communication was remarkable. Ben always takes the time to listen and understand our needs. He is also the greatest Auctioneer I have ever witnessed. His energy, charisma and engagement of the room is always incredible. We have been in the real estate game for a while now, so if you are looking for someone who truly knows the industry, cares about their clients and goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Ben Williams of Fletchers Real Estate Blackburn.

Throughout the entire campaign Ben was fantastic to deal with. He took the extra time needed to make sure we were comfortable with every little detail and, especially just before the auction, all possible scenarios and outcomes. His communication was excellent. We received intermittent updates on how the campaign was tracking, as well as phone calls after every inspection. Face to face meetings were also never too hard for Ben to arrange. His insights into the property market and the minds of the potential buyers was invaluable. We always felt very comfortable entrusting the sale of our home to Ben and his team. Ben saved the best for last on auction day. He and his team were able to seamlessly manage the inclement weather on the day and pivot to an auction inside our house. He displayed his years of experience and finely tuned instincts as the chief auctioneer to deliver an amazing result for all parties involved. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Ben to any future clients looking to sell their home.
