Throughout the entire campaign Ben was fantastic to deal with. He took the extra time needed to make sure we were comfortable with every little detail and, especially just before the auction, all possible scenarios and outcomes. His communication was excellent. We received intermittent updates on how the campaign was tracking, as well as phone calls after every inspection. Face to face meetings were also never too hard for Ben to arrange.
