I wanted to sell my house off market, with little fuss and fanfare. I interviewed 3 agents and Ben just presented as a genuine person. Not plastic, not over the top; just straight talk and contingency plans already in place. I was happy for him to take us to auction if off market was quiet; I had seen him numerous times at auction Everything followed our plan with minimum of fuss; and he just kept following up after our off market sale went through.
