Mark and all of team members listened to all of our requests...advised as on the market prices and what is happening... all the cons and pros.... Advised as to declutter more of the house and when we staged we got even more tweeks on how to make the place look good.... We love our family home and was so glad of the final results with the Auction ....... Great,fantastic price... They did there homework on the property and got the right amount of people at the auction.... I take my hat off to them as they Were even Shocked on the Day....they told as what was happening all the way through the open inspections and so on....never felt this way with than Agent before so at ease... I even have to Thank my Brother for all his hard work and doing his homework and choosing Fletchers for their professionalism..... I know the house was still a good house and needed another family to lived in it... even if it was dated ....we know in time it might go but that's OK....progress... It's had a lot of love poured into this house and I hope the new owners get the same feeling.... PS I love the free coffee for all that came to the Auction....that made my day more enjoyable....a talking point amongst neighbours & buyers.... also for the Agent and us, it must of put us all at ease into the day.... or on edge lol.... Thank you too all the Fletcher team for your hard work and professional conduct on making this a exceptional Auction Day.... My parents would be flabbergasted lol....
