He provided good advice about improvements that needed to be done prior to the campaign and was able to assist with suitable contractors. Throughout the four week campaign Ben updated us with reports after each open for inspection session which gave us a realistic expectation about possible buyer numbers and feedback from possible buyers. The day before the auction Ben took the time to go through what to expect on Auction Day. His common sense approach meant we were prepared for all possible outcomes.
