SOLD in 14 days ! A Perfect Sales Campaign Takes a Professional Team SOLD in 14 days ! Our unique home required an agent who could appreciate the many positives the property had to offer. Upon meeting with Jee and his sales partner Connor, I was immediately impressed with his positive and friendly personalty, his knowledge of the property market, his passion for our home and his sensible suggestions for marketing the property. Our strategy was to price the home in the current market price range, structure ads to attract buyers in the price range and use the Premium ad package. The photo's and video produced by Fletchers Real Estate were spectacular. The photo's were realistic, depicting each room as a buyer would see them upon an inspection. The brochures and write up were boutique quality. The amazing video includes Jee showing inviting and showing buyers through the home. It was like watching a TV ad. The production included eye catching aerial video showing the street area around the home. Any potential buyer could decide then and there if the area suited their lifestyle. Jee invited potential buyers to view each room, highlighting the positives of the property. The video was enough to convince serious buyers to book an inspection. And it did. The sales campaign was for 30 days using 'Expressions of Interest' sales method. Serious interest began within 7 days of the campaign with 3 buyers in the mix. In 14 days the property was sold unconditionally with a 60 day settlement to a family who loved the home and purchased it at the very top end of the price range. In conclusion, it takes a professional sales team and a passionate friendly agent to sell a home quickly, with no fuss or stress and for the best possible return.
