Working with Mark on the initial listing he suggested that he partner with Tim Heavyside to get the best coverage of the buyers we were after. This team work meant that although we didn't have heaps of buyers through our house, the ones that came received the attention they required and could be well qualified. On auction day the broader Fletchers team brought together a number of interested parties and worked like a real team should. In the end, Mark and Tim were able to get two bidders actively bidding on our property and we sold under the hammer for an excellent price. I couldn't recommend Mark and Fletchers highly enough.

With current covid situations marketing highlights description plays vital information in that environment advertise wrong and then auction contract signs. mentioned stone benchs in description but really they are laminated ones. I am really nervous with this and not happy to accept compensation.
