I am providing this feedback of my own accord, as Rob did not request it. As a buyer, I have been exploring various options and meeting with agents representing different properties. Unfortunately, most of the agents I encountered prioritised their own interests (including over those of the vendor), often withholding important information, making contradicatory statements, misrepresenting facts, or only engaging with buyers when a clear return was likely. In contrast, Rob stands out for his genuine, patient and practical approach. He acknowledges that every property has its pros and cons and provides honest and direct feedback. I believe this reflects Rob's personality, which is characterised by his friendly and courteous demeanour – a rare quality among estate agents today.
