Rob and his team, particularly Katie, helped us arrange a team of contractors to bring the house up to sale standard whilst we were living in Queensland. This was done efficiently and would have taken a lot more time on Fletcher’s behalf than a normal sale. Emails , photos and phone calls were always handled in a timely and informative fashion. They really went the extra mile to help us. Rob was upfront about the challenging market conditions since Christmas and proposed a strategy that produced a positive result for us. He regularly updated us on progress, made suggestions on the best way forward but was happy to leave the final call in our hands. He supported us through the process. Rob is a warm , voluble and friendly person and very credible in his communications.

We likede the fact that Ben attended every Open for Inspection because that served to introduce himself to potential bidders. He was freely conversational, but on the Auction Day he stepped into his role and had a quiet but definite command of the occasion. With discussions at various stages he clearly described strategy, and whilst our opinion was always sought, there was no hesitation on our part to accept his opinion.
