Professional, Responsive and Friendly
Alicia was a pleasure to deal with throughout the purchase process. She was always polite and friendly, very prompt in organising inspections and quick to respond to any questions I had. Her communication was clear and consistent - she provided all information I requested and when she didn’t immediately have an answer, she took the initiative to find out on my behalf.
