I reviewed countless agents prior to selling my home. Tim appeared to be, far and away, the best choice. I must say, all of my careful research paid off. As it turned out, Tim was better than I could have hoped for. Always available. Always punctual. He had a clear strategy and he always kept me informed. He was absolutely tenacious in the final stages of negotiations and got me the price I needed. I can't praise Tim highly enough.

I had a fantastic experience selling my property with the team at Fletchers Bundoora, especially Tim. From the very beginning, even before the house was officially on the market, Tim provided valuable guidance on how to improve the presentation of the home, including practical renovation and styling advice that made a real difference. Tim was proactive, dedicated, and always thinking one step ahead. He worked tirelessly to ensure I got the best possible price, using creative strategies and expert negotiation skills. I truly appreciate all the effort and support from Tim and the Fletchers Bundoora team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area!
