Thomas was one of 5 agents asked to submit a proposal to market the subject property. Whilst Thomas has sold previous properties for our company the major reason he was chosen in conjunction with the vendors approval was mainly for his local knowledge,results in this area plus his Chinese language skills. His market estimate of expected selling price was not the highest nor lowest but was sold within the higher end of the range .The eventual buyer was from Hong Kong ( all negotiated by phone ) with multiple acceptable offers received after only one open.
