Expert pivot in difficult market

In Autumn 2026, the real estate market turned a sharp corner amid the US-Iran war and oil crisis. Jeremy expertly navigated this unexpected downturn as we struggled to adjust our expectations from the highly competitive pre-Christmas market (20-30 people attending auctions) down to 10 and less.
