Excellent Professional Property Management
We engaged Vivian Hughes, head of the Bentleigh Century 21 Property Management department, to manage our investment property in Hampton. We have now worked with Vivian for over a year. The service she provides is the best we have ever experienced, having leased several properties to tenants over the years. Vivian is scrupulous in her tenant selection process, is excellent in her attention to detail regarding property management and legislative requirements for both the owner and the tenant, her communications are very timely and professional and she is always keen to facilitate an optimum outcome for all as quickly as possible. Vivian and Century 21 has been a pleasure to work with - our property is in good hands!

The Rental Team at Century 21 on Centre are priceless!
Ani is a very experienced property manager and always provides excellent service and communication to us in her role. She knows the rental market, can spot a good tenant, provides reliable tradespeople and offers experience on the challenges facing landlords. We cannot speak highly of her and recommend her to others needing their properties managed. While Ani was recently on leave, the rest of Century 21 on Centre Team were able to adequately assist us. In particular, Tammy, was able to advertise and lease our property within 10 days. A fantastic result for landlord and tenant!
