Away from the office, Alexandra likes to attend car meets and shows with her partner, working out and going out to eat. An accomplished dancer, she once had the opportunity to study dance in New York City, which was a life highlight for her. As a landlord, home owner and renovator herself, Julia understands the work required to own, manage and maintain residential property. Being a creative individual, in her spare time she enjoys fashion design, sewing and has a keen eye for interior design. A hard working and dedicated individual, Julia’s attention to detail is second to none. A woman of many talents, Sandi holds a Certificate III in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a Certificate A in Training & Assessment. A natural communicator who is always up for a challenge, Sandi's background in banking, retail and corporate training has provided her with the necessary skills to manage her growing portfolio with the utmost care. 'I have a strong desire to succeed and am always focused on being the best person I can be.' Talking about her love of property, Sandi says it's the first inspection once a renter has moved in that she looks forward to. 'I like to return for the first inspection to see what people have done with the place - how they've decorated it and made it into a home.' Outside of work, Sandi loves hitting the gym, spending time with family and friends and visiting the latest live music events and markets.
