My experience with Aaron and their agency Fletchers was highly unprofessional and unethical. The promised follow-through was completely absent throughout our interaction. Communication was not only poor but also seemed intentionally neglectful, with calls and emails consistently ignored. This unresponsiveness created an atmosphere of frustration and mistrust. Furthermore, I observed practices that I would consider highly unethical. From misleading information about property details to a blatant disregard for ethical standards in negotiations, the entire process left me questioning the integrity of both the agent and the agency. I would strongly advise against engaging with Aaron and their agency Fletchers, as their unprofessionalism and ethical lapses have cast a shadow over what should have been a straightforward and transparent real estate transaction. In an attempt to address my dissatisfaction, I was asked to sign a release form, seemingly designed to prevent me from sharing my negative experience on platforms like Google and others. This request struck me as both highly unprofessional and an additional attempt to suppress any potential negative feedback. This maneuver raises serious ethical questions about transparency and accountability within the agency. It left me feeling coerced and further reinforced my belief that there is a deliberate effort to conceal the true nature of their business practices. Potential clients should be cautious when considering this agency, as the attempt to stifle honest reviews only adds to the overall lack of integrity displayed throughout my interaction with Aaron and Fletchers agency.
