What an amazing result!

I don't usually leave testimonial's but I just had to make an exception this time. I've sold many properties in my time and have dealt with many agent's. Todd without a doubt has been one of the best agent's I've had the pleasure to meet. Highly professional but also extremely approachable, and works really hard. He frequently called us to let us know how things were going and gave honest but not in-your-face opinions. You can just tell he loves his job and I feel this had a huge positive effect in us exceeding our price expectations.
