First time home sellers...

We were fist time home sellers, so really no idea how all this works. Selling a home is daunting, but Tim and his team were lovely throughout the entire process. We had a unique property, which could have gone either way. But in the end, we got the result we wanted, and the buyer was exactly the type Tim had pinpointed from day 1. Tim comes highly recommended as we saw on sites like this when we were deciding on our agent. But not only that, other real estate agents we spoke to also said we would be making a great decision by going with Tim.
