When deciding to sell during a difficult time in the market, we wanted someone with extensive experience. Tim was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. The process of preparing the house for sale was made sooooo much easier with the help of Kobe (property presentation specialist) as part of the Heavyside package, as we had last sold 25 years prior. Tim kept us informed throughout the process and used his experience to gently guide us, whilst also listening to our input. We placed our trust in Tim and believe his experience and knowledge had a huge impact in our successful sale at auction.

Due to the style of house we were selling we were advised to purchase the better marketing package which we had no regrets in doing, I am sure it created a lot more interest in our property.
