They were very patient with us given the emotion of selling our family home and respectfully set about qualifying the right buyer for our property. Great communicative and negotiation skills.

Tim and his team offered personalised advice to prepare the property for sale, and had sound understanding of the current market to price the property appropriately. They were communicative throughout the campaign keeping us in the loop with all updates, including the day of auction. We believe that Tim’s and Wendy’s negotiation skills resulted the best possible deal for us.

I can’t recommend Tim Heaveyside highly enough. From start to finish the experience was professional, smooth and genuinely enjoyable. On auction day his skill really showed: a confident, engaging auctioneer who knew exactly how to read the room and drive the bidding to a great result above reserve. Beyond the numbers, Tim was a delight to deal with: communicative, warm and completely on top of every detail. Very good in all respects. Aggresive where they need to be to achieve the result. But understanding and helpful at the same time. This is the second property we've used them for. They got a great result first time too. Well coordinated and motivated team.
