Great Agent!
We were extremely happy with Kaining's service and professionalism. Great to deal with
My elderly mother recently sold her family home in Nunawading through Fletchers in Blackburn. Our original point of contact was with Riley Waterfield and David McGowan. The auction was conducted by Robert Sheahan and David McGowan. I am very impressed with their level of professionalism and understanding of our family situation. Everyone involved from Fletchers were terrific. On the day of auction, Robert Sheahan was very understanding of my mum's wishes, and was very sympathetic and compassionate toward her. Their price estimate was spot on. I highly recommend these people to anyone thinking of selling in the future

A Great Auctioneer.
Reilly achieved the result I wanted when he auctioned my home. A businesswoman friend of mine told me he was good (I was inside the house and couldn't hear everything). Luke went above and beyond for us even before we had signed him up as our agent. He was in regular contact with both my husband and I and was very reassuring through the anxious moments. Leadership, Expertise & Execution
Reilly and his team at Maroondah are a very impressive outfit. As Reilly ultimately drove strategy and lead the negotiations his team worked very well around him executing their respective roles perfectly. Reilly had a genuine passion for the local area which resinated with buyers, and his experience seemed to allow him to operate one step ahead of the market. We hired Fletchers for the impressive discussions we had with Reilly in the lead up to listing, however it was seeing how Reilly managed the campaign and his team that really justified our decision.
