Away from the office, Tara enjoys home renovating, travel, spending time with family and playing netball. A highly impressive and incredibly knowledgeable individual, Anne’s extraordinary level of experience in property management is the cumulation of more than 4 decades working as a Property Manager. ‘After 41 years in this role, I feel I have so much life experience in being able to mediate and solve problems between landlords and tenants. I get great satisfaction just receiving a thank you from happy clients after an issue is resolved.’ Having started her career in real estate at the age of 19, Anne’s robust understanding of real estate operations saw her work across several departments before moving into property management. More recently, Anne’s professionalism and excellence in customer service saw her not only obtain her full real estate license, but also being awarded Property Manager of the Year for a well-known real estate agency. A well-travelled individual, Anne says she has been very lucky to have travelled so many parts of the world. In her downtime, you will also find her working around the house, entertaining and cooking for friends. As someone who loves to solve complex challenges, Anne’s ability to build rapport with others and work as part of a team all make her an excellent champion to appoint for all your property management needs.

A conscientious person with an eye for detail, Debra has a passion for building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring she is attuned to their every needs in order to attain a successful outcome. Able to multi-task with ease and eager to learn new skills, Debra says she works well both on her own and as part of a team. Her natural communication skills and reliable, hardworking approach has seen her win several awards across her career, including a number of Excellence Awards in Communication, Customer Service and Management. Having worked closely with the real estate industry in her previous role, Debra also holds an Agent’s Representative Certificate, allowing her to truly establish herself as a dedicated property management professional. ‘Property excites me and has been part of my life from a young age. I love seeing the different styles and layouts that each home brings. Ultimately, I strive to do my best for my workmates and clients. I love what I do and always bring a great sense of humour while maintaining a professional approach.’ In her spare time, Debra enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening and working on projects around the home. Being part of a large family, she has just welcomed a new granddaughter, has a second grandchild on the way and also has 5 nieces whom she absolutely adores.
