Daniel was professional in all aspects of his work. He has very good knowledge in his feild and had great communication with myself and the potential buyers. When l was worried my house was not going to sell, he worked had to get some buyers over the line to get the price l needed. I would recomend Daniel and Fletchers agency in Mooroolbark to any one wanting to sell in the area. The only thing that l feel Daniel could add to his service is to give a bit of costructive criticism when it comes to staging and what you should or should not have on display. I feel some people may take offence to this but for me it is a big part of attracting buyers to feel that your home could be their new home. Thanks to Daniel it didn't end up making a difference as he got the sale finalised any way.
